Evidence, not a pitch deck
Queue, Heimdal, Pages and Memories are ours. We designed them, built them, deployed them, and we are still changing them: the changelog is every change since June, written for the people using them rather than for us. That is a different education from shipping a project and walking away from it.

Customers join the line from their phone. No app, no account, no password. Staff run the whole thing from one screen, and the wall display, the door and every phone in the room agree on who is next.
Attendance that works at the door
Knows who walked in. Even when the internet did not.
A door kiosk that recognises faces on the device itself, keeps recording through an outage, and reconciles afterwards without inventing an arrival or losing a departure.

Claim a handle and you get one address for everything you are: your links, your contact card, your colours. Order the card and that address is printed on it: one tap on a phone, no app on either end.

A printed picture that plays
Photos hold still. Play this one back.
Point a phone at the print and the video returns, on the paper, at the size and angle it is hanging: the vows, a voice you miss, the dog being a dog. You get the print-ready file and can have it printed anywhere, at any size, or let us print and post it.
Inside the viewfinder the picture is moving. Outside it, the same paper is still.
Bring us the hard part
It needs software shaped around how the work already happens, built by someone who will still be here when it needs changing.
From a rough idea to a first release people actually use. The product, platform, or customer experience you cannot buy, because nobody is selling it.
It works, it is load bearing, and exactly one person understands it. Replace it with software shaped around the job, ideally before that person takes a holiday.
Unfinished, unstable, or abandoned by whoever built it. We read it before promising anything, then repair what is fragile without asking the business to stop while we do.
